When will I receive my event tickets?  Reveal answer >

This will depend on the delivery options available for your chosen game/ event. Normally, event tickets are only printed and released during the week leading up to the fixture/ event therefore we do not have time to arrange delivery to your home address. Your event tickets will be couriered to your hotel or local collection point no later than noon on the day of the game/ event, where you will be able to pick them up from the reception (unless otherwise stated by Tickazilla).

Some football games have provisional dates? When will exact dates and kick-off/ start times be confirmed?  Reveal answer >

Each week throughout the season Football Associations change some provisional dates at short notice due to TV broadcast requirements & their club’s European football commitments. Possible variations are highlighted via our 'Important Match & Ticket Information'. For further information please refer to the 'Important Information By League' for specifics about a particular countries' matches.

Yes. We take telephone bookings. For reservations or sales enquiries, please contact our customer support team. Please note for telephone orders we charge a £10 telephone booking fee.
