I will be arriving late at my hotel, what shall i do?  Reveal answer >

On completion of payment your room is guaranteed. However it is advisable to inform the hotel of your late arrival by calling the them directly. Contact information for your hotel can be found on your hotel voucher which is available by logging in to your online account via our website.

Do I have to check-in to the hotel on the first day of my hotel accommodation booking?   Reveal answer >

Yes, If you fail to arrive on the first date of the hotel accommodation booking the subsequent nights will be cancelled and full charges will apply.

I'm having problems trying to book online, what can I do?  Reveal answer >

If you are experiencing problems booking online, please contact us where our customer support team will assist you.

If I book by telephone will I be charged a booking fee?  Reveal answer >

A £10 booking fee will apply to all telephone bookings to cover administration costs.

Do I need to log-in to my online account before I depart for my trip destination?  Reveal answer >
