No, the card holder does not need to be present at check-in.

What happens to my transfer if my flight is delayed?  Reveal answer >

If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on your transfer voucher.

The members of my group wish to pay separately using their own debit/ credit cards. Is this possible?  Reveal answer >

If individuals in your party wish to pay separately using their own credit/debit cards, the price per person will be subject to additional credit/debit card charges which are a percentage of the individual cost to pay. We will also charge a £20 administrative fee which will be divided against the full cost of the package.

Is it secure to enter my credit/debit card details online?   Reveal answer >

To ensure your payments are safe we use WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group) to process your payments. WorldPay uses the latest encryption technology to protect your personal data, including your credit card information to assure that every transaction you make with us is safe.

I haven't received any confirmation e-mails or my account log-in details, how do I get another copy?  Reveal answer >

If you have not received your confirmation e-mail or account log-in details within 48 hours of placing a booking , please check your deleted items or junk email folder. If you are still unable to trace these e-mails, please contact us. Please note it may be neccessary to add orders@tickazilla.com to your safe contacts list as junk email filters may prevent you from receiving emails from us.
